With the ECM Titanium calibration software, you can quickly work on the management of any engine or automatic transmission control unit.
In this specific case, you can enhance the driving experience of the Hyundai Kona through combined intervention on the Continental SIM2K-259 ECU and TCU. After a careful recalibration of the 2.0 16v engine, further adjustments can be made to the dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT-7) file. As indicated by the number, this seven-speed robotized transmission, transversely arranged, is the second-to-last evolution in the market concerning transmissions within the Korean group. Installed in multiple versions of Hyundai’s compact SUV, it can be configured with both front-wheel drive and the sophisticated Torque On Demand (TOD) all-wheel-drive system, which automatically distributes power to each of the four wheels based on their traction on the road surface.
